Q: How are email, SMS, phone, and AI usage billed?
A: Your OneTech membership includes the platform, training, coaching, and support. Usage-based services are billed separately based on what you actually use.
Most coaches spend only a few dollars per month on usage when getting started. As your business grows, your usage naturally grows with it.
To give you an idea of typical costs:
- SMS: Approximately $0.0095 per text segment (about 160 characters). That's approximately 1,055 text segments for around $10 (including messages sent and received).
- Email: Approximately $0.0008 per email. That's approximately 12,500 emails for around $10.
- Phone Calls: Approximately $0.017/minute for outgoing calls and $0.010/minute for incoming calls. That's approximately 595 outbound minutes or 980 inbound minutes for around $10.
- Facebook Messenger & Instagram Direct Messages: Free
