Which plan should I select?
The Starter Plan is designed for coaches who are just starting out. Their focus is on brand building, list building and one to one coaching. The Premium Plan gives you access to everything One Tech Coach has to offer. It is designed for coaches who are ready to sell group coaching programs, courses, memberships and communities.

What should I expect after signing up?
We will schedule an onboarding call with you to setup your phone number, email marketing platform, connect your branded domain and Stripe. You will have detailed trainings available to customize our templates to meet your needs. If you want our team to setup and migrate your website and course content from your previous platforms, you can upgrade to the VIP onboarding package for an additional. Please email us at team@simplifyonething.com to request a quote.
We will also offer weekly office hours to answer any technical questions you may have about the platform.
Are there any additional charges?
Each SMS text segment (~160 characters) is $0.0095, or you can send 1,055 text segments for about $10. This includes messages both sent and received.
Emails are $0.0008 each, or you can send about 12,500 emails for about $10.
Calls are $0.017/min (outgoing) or $0.010/min (incoming). You can make around 595 outbound calls or receive 980 calls for about $10.
Sending FB or IG messages is free.
